Department of Evaluation and Public Procurement. DEPP is a secretariat to the Director General of the SAMD. Currently, the division is composed of four (4) units – procurement legislation, general and approval of procurement plans, procurement monitoring, and procurement complaints mechanism. PPMD’s key mandates are to translate, implement and disseminate the public procurement regulations, law, strategic plan and policies to be in line with the law No. 30/NA and the instruction to the public procurement law No. 0477/MOF
