Training to strengthen planning and financial work for departments/equivalents within the Ministry of Technology and Communications.

On the morning of February 26, 2026, at the conference room of the Ministry of Technology and Communications, a training session on planning and finance was held for departments/equivalents within the ministry. Ms. Alounni Manipakone, Head of the Department of Public Procurement Management, Department of Evaluation and Procurement, Ministry of Finance, gave a presentation on public procurement. This training session is the implementation process of the Law on Public Procurement, which has been used to convey lessons learned through practical implementation, from the preparation of the procurement plan, the use and preparation of bidding documents, announcement, opening of envelopes, preparation of bidding reports, approval, and signing of contracts. It also presented an overview of public procurement, and presented the management and use of the procurement website www.ppmd.mof.gov.la.
